Team Format
For all our races, each team is made up of 7 runners, with the top 5 adjusted finish times counting toward the team score. Every runner still plays a vital role, whether scoring or supporting.
Scoring System
For all our races, scoring is based on a time average that includes age and gender-based time bonuses. This levels the field so all runners can contribute meaningfully, regardless of age or gender.
